COMPOSER  &  ARRANGER

A graduate of the National Conservatory of Music, where he studied composition with a primary focus on the construction of Baroque and Modern Musical Forms. He was mentored by distinguished masters including José Suárez, Mario Lavista, and Miguel Agustín López.

Since the beginning of his musical career, he has dedicated himself to composing, arranging, and adapting music for various chamber ensembles and orchestras. His work includes collaborations with the Xalapa City Wind Ensemble, the Veracruz University Popular Music Orchestra, the Orchestra of the New World University of the State of Mexico (during its tour of Valencia, Spain), and the National Symphony Orchestra, among many others.

In 1995, he founded the EHCO-Ensamble Chamber Ensemble, where he continues to serve as Musical Director, Arranger, Composer, and Instrumentalist.

Over the past 25 years, in collaboration with Enrique Romo, he has participated as a Musical Director, Arranger, and Copyist in countless advertising campaigns for the Secretariat of Tourism and the Mexico Tourism Board. He has also worked on campaigns for the Supreme Commission for Tourism of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, achieving impressive results and notable acceptance in Mexico and in various countries across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.

Awards

Among the recognitions for his work is an Honorable Mention he won at the Second National Contest of “Mexican Popular Music in the Intimacy of Chamber Music”, held in the state of Oaxaca for his arrangement of “Tehuana” by Alfonso Esparza Oteo.
